IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

  • !The Importer CANNOT be on US soil at the time of product payment, Purchase Order issuance, and shipment (being in the US during the process is OK).
  • !We DO NOT handle customs clearance at the destination. You MUST hire a local licensed customs broker.
  • !Verify your acquisition level, caliber restrictions, and magazine capacity limits with your local agent BEFORE starting.
  • !We do NOT issue any documents required for the laws of the destination country.
  • !Items listed in a single Import Authorization cannot be shipped on different dates.

PROCESS ESSENTIALS

  • The success of an import starts with a correctly issued Import Authorization. If you are not experienced, hire a local licensed agent.
  • There are caliber, magazine capacity, and other local restrictions — any incorrect information invalidates the authorization and a new one must be issued.
  • Goods must be shipped to the Airport identified in the authorization — no domestic layovers allowed. Research your local arrival guidelines first.
  • Some airports may offer different tax treatments — consult your local agent.
  • Full product payment is required to secure products and obtain serial numbers.

PHASE I

LOCAL PREPARATION

"Before anything else, verify with a local licensed agent what you can or cannot import based on your local regulations and category."

  • 1. Request a quote via import@tacticalweaponsfl.com — include: Quantity, Product, Brand, Caliber, Color, and ID (available at shop.tacticalweaponsfl.com).
  • 2. Upon quote approval, we send: Purchase Order, Commercial Terms, and Payment Authorization — to be returned dated and signed.
  • 3. Request the Import Authorization issuance in your country with Tactical Weapons listed as the Exporter (details provided in the Order).
  • 4. Your Local Authority analyzes the request: Approved / Denied / Requirements.
  • 5. Once Approved, send the digital authorization to Tactical Weapons via email.

PHASE II

USA PROCESSING

  • DOCUMENTS & PAYMENT

    Upon receiving your local approved authorization, we send the required forms for completion, signature, and return. Product payment is processed (if not already done).

  • US EXPORT LICENSE

    A service fee must be paid for the Export License application. We generate internal mandatory documents and submit them to the competent US Agencies. Approval timelines vary by US Government agencies.

  • LOCAL IMPORT LICENSE

    While the US process is underway, you must finalize any local secondary authorizations — serial numbers are usually required, so products must have been purchased.

PHASE III

SHIPMENT

Upon US approval and receipt of all local destination authorizations:

Minimum 15 days required to schedule shipment
All costs must be settled — card fees and freight can be paid the week of shipment
You must have a licensed local agent engaged before goods reach the destination. All local procedures, timelines, and costs remain your local agent's responsibility.
